Nestled in the midst of mountains, this rustic hotel offers a quiet and scenic getaway. the Inca themed decor in common areas add character while the restaurant serves interesting dishes.
Some rooms lack proper maintenance and have broken locks.

The breakfast offered was diverse and pleasantly surprising. The location itself was naturally beautiful, nestled in the mountains. We enjoyed the views of the mountain ranges in the distance, it really added to the new year experience.
The hotel lacked air-conditioning, and this really impacted our stay during the hot new year. We were given an ineffective fan which exacerbated the issue.

the restaurant's design was attractive, which made dining an enjoyable experience. the hotel's location was also a plus since it offered serene views of the surrounding mountains. the breakfast was fulfilling and delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from.
One major issue was the poor maintenance of the hotel, with some rooms not functioning well and a few facilities broken or unsanitary. the hotel was also hard to access without personal transportation, and the shuttle that was offered seemed unreliable.

I loved the location of this hotel, nestled amidst the mountains, with breathtaking views of the mountain ranges in the distance. The Inca-themed decor in the communal areas added character to the hotel. The large bedroom was clean, and the double bed comfortable. The staff, especially the day manager, Paula, was nice and courteous.
